PreSchool Occupancy
We are proud to launch our online occupancy planning tool, PreSchool Occupancy.
The tool allows setting managers to determine where they have available places at any time over
the next twelve months.
This is a labourious in a busy childcare setting. You need to be able to answer the "can you take our Emma
all day Tuesday and Wednesday in three months time" questions. You risk losing that parent if you can't give an
answer straight away so you need to be able to have the information at your fingertips immediately.
With PreSchool Occupancy, you can see your occupancy projections for the next twelve months. You will see your numbers
change as new children start, other children grwo older and move into other age-groups and also where children are chaning
their sessions in the future.
The system also uses a simple traffic light system to show whether your sessions are free, full or over-subscribed.
PreSchool Occupancy is available online, so you can access your information from the setting or at home.
